02 | In-Home Review

We meet at your home to uncover its potential and gain a deeper understanding of your lifestyle, values, and design aesthetic.
03 | Priorities, Report & Proposal

Together, we review your priorities and investment considerations, then present a tailored design proposal with moodboards and scope of work.
04 | Agreement & Project Launch

Once you’re ready, we finalize the agreement and celebrate the exciting beginning of your home’s transformation journey.
05 | Design Development

We initiate the creative process with space planning, finishes, furnishings, and sketches—then refine layouts, materials, and lighting into a cohesive, approved design.
06 | Documentation & Bidding

We prepare detailed construction documents, finishes schedules, and FF&E specifications, then guide the bidding process, contractor selection and advise on experienced craftspeople.
07 | Construction

We oversee implementation on-site to ensure quality, design implementation and FF&E (Furnishings, Fixtures and Equipment) installation.
08 | Completion & Celebration

We finish with a final site inspection, add optional styling or staging touches, and hand over your Tailored Home Handover Book—a complete guide to caring for your home so you can enjoy it beautifully and confidently for years to come.
